Watermelon “Tuna”

Ingredients

  • 3.5 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 2.5 tbsp Rice Vinegar

  • 1 tbps sesame oil

  • Sesame Seeds

  • 2-3 Green Onion Stalks

  • Pepper

  • Nori sheet (crushed)

  • Watermelon

Instructions

  1. Add marinade ingredients to a bowl. Feel free to adjust marinade to taste and add/remove ingredients based on preference

  2. Cut your watermelon into smal pieces. The can be thin pieces to mimic sushi, slabs of water melon to mimic a tuna steak or even cubes. The small the piece the quicker the watermelon can absorb the marinade

  3. Add water melon to marinade and cover bowl. Put bowl in fridge and wait 24-48hrs before enjoying or using in a recipe.
